Manage your Water
Why Conserve Water?
1. It is a finite resource
Water is not an infinite resource in the UK - this fact is becoming particularly apparent during hot summers. This limited resource is being wasted through inefficient water management. Water needs to be conserved to meet the ever- increasing demand in the UK.
2. It costs money
Wasting water in your business costs money and charges on mains, sewerage and trade effluent are rising The major reason for water wastage is a lack of monitoring of water use. If you don't know what you are using, then you can't manage it and waste could go unnoticed. This can lead to excessive costs in your water bill. Allowing a tap to drip with a 3mm stream of water will waste 1000 litres of water per day. This can cost between £193-£325 per year.
